Remaining December Softball Workouts:
Try to make all of these. You will have some time off during the holidays.
Tues. Dec. 15th 2:30 - 4:00 Lifting & conditioning
Wed. Dec. 16th 7:00 - 9:00 Skills work (hitting, fielding, etc)
Thur. Dec. 17th 2:30 - 4:00 Lifting & conditioning
Tues. Dec. 22nd 2:30 - 4:00 Lifting & conditioning
Wed. Dec. 23rd NO CLINIC THIS WED.
Watch what you eat over the holidays; every pound you put makes it that much harder on you when you return. Especially bad are "sugary" foods (empty calories that make you feel sluggish) Stay active & get out and do other things with your friends & family. If you still need to get an athletic physical, I would advise getting it over break & have it done.
